A balcony and two windows available in the budget king room. Abundant and great affordable breakfasts with hardboiled eggs and bacon. Great location, very close to Lewes Market Tower. Excellent services, free Wi-Fi.

Everything was great, had a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay in the winter time. We had an affordable breakfast with hardboiled eggs and bacon. The location was marvellous, for example, a bus station was in front of the venue.

This hotel offers great value for money. Despite being located slightly further out of the town center, it is set in a lovely green area, providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-stocked bathrooms. Breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

It was a great value for money, offering basic amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely white bedding and a very comfortable bed. The large bathroom with a refreshing shower was a nice touch. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate was a pleasant surprise, fueling me up for the day ahead.
